This is an aspect that is often overlooked. However, it is the second most important aspect an athlete looks for when choosing a gym.

4. Be unique
Ask around you about the aspects that make you as a coach, and your box as a business, different. These will be the points on which you will have to focus your cross training centre and the services you offer.
They are one of the key factors in the experience perceived by your clients. Are you taking care of them as they deserve? First step: make sure they are trained and paid competitively.
